This washed rind semi-soft cheese develops a unique nutty flavour with maturity that lingers and leaves a pleasant aftertaste. The name means "height of the ferns".

Durrus Irish Farmhouse Cheese is a raw milk cheese, made using traditional methods. Made by Jeffa Gill since 1979 and recognised as one of the finest Irish artisan cheeses. Deep flavoured with a coral coloured, semi-soft, washed rind; made from the milk of local West Cork herds.

A semi-soft, brine-washed-rind cheese with great earthy, full flavours.

Gubbeen is lightly and naturally smoked over wood chippings by Chris Jepson at Goleen Harbour. It has a silky, supple texture.
