When you place an order via our site, emails are sent automatically to the email address you gave confirming your current order status. If you haven't received these emails, please check your junk mail. Emails will have arrived from an address at the cheeseonthegreen.com domain.
If you have no record of the messages try logging onto the website to review your account and order history. If you don't know your password go to the password request page and enter the email address you used when you placed your order. If you are unable to log in please contact us, quoting your name and contact details and the date and details of your order.
If you have received an email confirmation of your order but have not yet had delivery or heard from us otherwise, please contact us, quoting your order number, which will be under "order summary" in your confirmation emails.

Note that depending on your browser settings, you may still see a dialogue box on our secure pages saying that some page elements are not secure. This refers only to images of credit card logos (which we are required by WorldPay to display) which you are downloading when your browser loads the page and not to the shopping cart information which you are uploading when you submit your details.
