If the cheese you are looking for is not listed, it could be out of stock or seasonally unavailable. Try the search, or look through our full product list. Please note that our range does change from time to time, so if the cheese you're looking for isn't here, please contact us for more information.

When you place an order via our site, emails are sent automatically to the email address you gave confirming your current order status. If you haven't received these emails, please check your junk mail. Emails will have arrived from an address at the cheeseonthegreen.com domain.
If you have no record of the messages try logging onto the website to review your account and order history. If you don't know your password go to the password request page and enter the email address you used when you placed your order. If you are unable to log in please contact us, quoting your name and contact details and the date and details of your order.
If you have received an email confirmation of your order but have not yet had delivery or heard from us otherwise, please contact us, quoting your order number, which will be under "order summary" in your confirmation emails.

I am finding some pages slow to load.
We have recently moved our site to a faster server, so if you are finding the site is still slow we would like to hear about it - please drop us a line. In the meantime the site map might be helpful as, unlike our catalogue pages, it lists all our products with no images.

This site theme bug (caused by zooming out in certain browser versions) has now been fixed. If you still see it, you are probably viewing a cached version of the site, in which case a hard browser refresh (CTRL + F5 on a Windows PC) should fix it.
